Well, they were bred to be critter killers, so I guess she is just doing what comes naturally! Huey isn't allowed in the yard unless leashed, but somehow caught a baby bird on our deck, brought it to me and proceeded to do the "kill shake" in front of me. It was cheeping, and I have been traumatized ever since! I got it away and put it in the yard, where the neighbor's cat promptly took over.
