Sorry but RB is not Oceanside and quite a way to travel, besides, no beach!
Haven't heard of a meet up in Oside though there are some quite nice doggie parks etc. it's kinda hard though you have to watch out for the "big" people. If you hear of a local meet up let me know, I'm always interested, but mostly I just get notices about in SD,
