Oh! Don't beat yourself up! We all do things that we wish we had not done.. Trust me! My gizmo somehow got a nipple off the top of a baby bottle, chewed it in half and swallowed it!!! I had no idea that he had done this, one night, he was laying around and wouldn't eat or drink. I didn't know what was wrong. So I stayed up with him all night, and early the next morning, he went poop on the pee pad. And sure enough out popped a baby bottle nipple! I couldn't believe it! I was really lucky that he was able to pass it, because it was pretty big. I don't think she will have any problems passing it, if it was real tiny. I would just keep a good eye on her tonight, and tommorow, and I am sure she will be fine. I wouldn't worry unless she stops eating and drinking, or acts like she is in pain.
