Nobody here can give you information on what is wrong, we can only guess and your little yorkie is long past the stage where guessing is a good idea. PLEASE take her to a vet today and don't make her suffer thru any more of these nights. She is very tiny and does not have alot of reserves, if this continues you could and probably will lose her.
I am sorry to be so blunt but you are in a situation now where you HAVE to get her to a vet.
