Congratulations on the the time you've put in not smoking so far....it gets easier and easier with each passing day. I quit 7 1/2 years ago with the help of Welbutrin, a positive attitude and support website (pm me if you would like the name of it) I smoked a pack a day for about 32 years. I prepared myself with loads of sunflower seeds, red licorace, water, straws and just about anything else I could think of to put in my mouth instead of a cig. I admit that quitting is one of the hardest things I have ever done, but also the BEST thing I have ever done Now I can't stand the smell of a smoker or being around anyone who smokes.....Continue staying focused on your quit, if you need any help, or just need to vent/talk just send me a pm and I would be happy to help in anyway I can.
