Nothing is right or wrong...don't worry. I did the same thing with my puppy until he was about 24 weeks. I only fed wet twice a day and I mixed it with about 15 little pieces of dry food. And then left dry food out all day. But just remember nothing is right or wrong it is a matter of what works for you and your pup.
