I've had that happen more than once but usually only when I was in the "Go Advanced" menu. I would click on that to add a smilie or larger font or some little extra and had a really long reply and then hit submit and get that message. Only happens to me since we got the new server so I figured there are still some bugs here and there. If it had just happened once, I wouldn't think much about it but it's been 4 times - maybe 5.
I also rarely, if ever, get to do Spellcheck in the "Go Advanced" section without getting the Forbidden message of a 404 error. Again, only since the new server.
