Huey kicks his back legs after potty only when we are not home. To me, it looks like "this is my spot, I marked it. Come on and try to get it". He kicks
always at my parents house-they have 2 king charles cavaliers- and when traveling, he always kicks at truck stops/rest stops. Very intermittant elsewhere (but he is a champion at marking everything he sees...)
