My Petey was exactly the same since I got him (5yrs ago) always hungry, he's 10 now and the Vet and I finally discovered why! he has IBS, (he'd be on a real good food for a month or 3 then start getting diarrhea, but had an underlying worm problem. He was bloating up and he looked like he was getting fat! I mean real Fat!, he really started to act starving hungry then the mega diarrhea started again ( 4 or 5 a day) to the point of him lossing a lot of weight, he then had a ton of tests and was found he had a stomach bug (the long spaghetti worms) they were barely visible, we couldn't see them with the naked eye. The vet put him on antibiotics for 1 wk, didn't help, so he was given 2 more weeks, after the 2 weeks were up he still had diarrhea, so back to the vet, turns out he has IBS, so I've changed his food- to a LID Rabbit and Sweet Potato, and its been about 1 wk now and we're finally seeing normal poops and he's not starving anymore and his tummy isn't bolated!
