My yorky is 4 month and not fully trained to go in the pad. Now that the winter is over we are starting to go for walks. We are walking for long periods but he ( his name is Kike) will not pee or poo. As soon as we go inside he will run and do his business and only about 75% of the time in the pad. Somehow he also goes in the corners of the pad.

What can I do for first to teach him to go out side.second to pee and poo in the middle of the pad?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
