Hello fellow yorkie owners,

i've recently acquired a yorkie a few days ago and i'm trying to do as much research as i can on the breed.

It's about 6 months and has already been toilet trained. He's timid right now and is pretty good.

The only problem is that i am a full time worker , Work 9 - 5, and i read that you can't leave yorkies alone for more than 5 hours.

I live really far from work so there is no way for me to go home for lunch and check up on him. This is a really big dilemma for me because i don't want to neglect him. I am willing to give up any of my free time to play with him but as you all may understand, there is no flexibility around a 9 - 5 job.

Please let me know if i can work this out.
