Our kibble is very small but it has grains and if you're looking for grain free it wouldn't work for you. My boys love the food and have done very well on it in addition to their home cooked food. You could home cook, many of the balance it recipes are grain free. I also have one recipe I use for chicken and peas and also chicken and sweet potatoes from
PetDiets - VNC putting pets' health first!. With all the recalls (and they are almost daily) I wouldn't touch most brands.
