I pray all goes well with her. Mine are the same way. Once they have their pups they settle down and don't mind being in a separate room. You definitely don't want to stress her out. Jumping on and off furniture is not as bad as having one in a x-pen or behind a gate where they are jumping up and down over and over trying to get out. How big is your expectant girl?
