I think there is another side to this. It has been explained that most of the animals that PETA takes in are very sick and euthanasia is the kindest option. So depending on if that fact can be confirmed, I kight agree with the 90% euth rate.

I don't support PETA for other reasons, but they may not be in the wrong in this particular case. Not defending the organization as a whole though.
