I'm sorry that Troy is still having problems, but I am so glad that your sister got him to the vet. This is why I was suggesting that any sudden change in behavior, especially with some physical components, it is always best to rule out a physical problem.
I will keep Troy in my prayers. Keeping mommy in my prayers too. I know this is hard on you not being able to be there.
