I have 4 cats...all four a close to double the largest yorkie's weight. My oldest cat cuddles and grooms my yorkies. The second oldest has nothing to do with the dogs....she neither likes them nor dislikes him! The last two are still kittens and both dogs and cats absolutely love each. They play all 4 together 24/7. Now if a stray cat came into the yardthe yorkies would be on it as quick as could be...in a not nice way!!!
