I just wanted to say that mace is so dangerous. My best friend carried it with her and ended up spraying herself when the wind blew it into her face instead of the guy she was spraying. She got robbed because the mace got in her eyes and she was incapacitated. I am totally against it. It does more harm than good in my experience.
It takes so long to get the mace out, unsnap the keychain, unlock the nozzle and make sure you're not spraying it in your own direction.
