Can it be her shampoo and conditioner or some allergies or do you guys think that I should buy hypoallergenic shampoo? And how long will it take for her top knot to grow back. Does she scratch there now that she doesn't have a top knot? If not, then I would think the top knot was the issue. Perhaps it was too tight..? I will make Mandie's ponytail (she doesn't really have enough hair for a topknot yet) and then I'll use the end of a rat tail comb and insert it underneath and wiggle it around to make sure it is loosened from all directions and not tight on her head.

If she is still scratching without the top knot, it might be allergies or that her shampoo and conditioner aren't completely rinsed out.

Does she scratch in other places other than her head?
