My Yorkie doesn't, but I have always said that my other pup (my big boy - Shelby) is either double jointed in his spine or he was forced to be twisted in his mommy's womb. He lays down - lower half of back and butt straight (tummy to floor/butt up) - but the upper part of his back twists to where the upper half of his body is laying like he would be on his side. It's how he's comfortable and it's so weird! Looks very twisted and distorted and uncomfortable.
