Poor baby, ear issues do hurt! Glad you were able to take her to the vet and get her ears treated. My boy also had the yeast infection in the ear and showed mild symptoms similar to those you mention, but what really bothered me was his lack of appetite. I thought he had a gastric problem. However the vet diagnosed him with yeast ears, cleaned them out and used a medication to clear up the yeast. It seems the ear issues/goop build up were making him nauseous as well as itchy! As soon as he came home from the vet he ate again, like instant magic!!! After the initial course of treatment was over, I kept him on the Zymox (Otic HCl 1.0 %) ear drops every week (and now only once every 2 weeks) to keep him clear of both bacterial and yeast infections. He does not mind the drops. That has worked well for months and he has no ear problems now. Always something!!!
By the way, so happy his urinary treatment is working and that she is sleeping better at night.
