I was a freshman in High School. I was 14 years old. I was a little on the shy side with boys. My best friend introduced me to my husband in the lunch room. He had a nice smile, but I wasn't interested. He tells me that it was love at first sight for him. We ended up becoming best friends and when I was ready to have a boyfriend, Him, he was waiting. So at 15 (He was 16) we went on our first date. I didn't let him kiss me for a whole year! So at 16 I kissed him and then ran into my house because I was so embarassed. Well that doorbell rang and rang. My dad answered it LOL!! Well next month will be our 17th anniversary! I love that man so much!! He is still my best friend.
