do they look different? bunjee is starting to lose his teeth, but i've yet to find them anywhere thus far. right now when i look in his mouth, i can't tell what's new and what's baby... are they suppose to look a little different?

in addition, when do they usually finish growing their adult teeth? and is there anything i can do to promote natural loss of baby tooth rather than needing it to be extracted later on?
