Oh wow!!!! You girls are making me feel good! Lol. I do not eat sweets for meals (I.e. pop tarts, sugary cereals). I don't drink sweets (I.e soda, fruit juice) except wine. No sugar or creamer in coffee, just 1% milk. But I love candy and ice cream. Mainly chocolate....the rest I could care less about!
So daily sweets eating is kind of normal?
