I refuse to feel sorry for him. In the case where he bartered his services for a dental work he made a judgment against the mom, and for the dentist, without ever interviewing her. I think when he said yesterday that he stopped doing custody cases because “it just didn't pay”, it was a Freudian slip. I think he'll testify for money and or services and yes Juan is beating him up, but he has to work so hard to get a simple yes or no out of these people. Normally, I wouldn’t think it would make any difference and it’s overkill, but after hearing the reasoning of the jurors in the Casey Anthony case, if there was something that wasn’t really clear to them, they just threw it out, so I can see why it’s important to really get your point across.
Are you feeling for Jodi? So far, I’m not feeling a bit bad for her. I really wish she’s just be more truthful, she was pissed off because he made her feel like she wasn’t good enough, and for whatever reason, that enraged her. I could gather some sympathy for her if she did that, but she’s tortured Travis, and now she’s torturing his family, and I can’t sympathize with that.
