I have scissory type clippers. They are actually Buddy's- our GSP- and I originally thought that they would be too big to use on Blazer but they work GREAT! I have nice control and I can get the amount off that I want to without cracking his nails. I also clip when his nails are soft after his bath so it is super easy.
