My name is Starlette and my Shih Tzu's name is Julie. I wanted to find a forum for shih tzus but never found the right one. I made a post on FB and someone recommended your website due to both yorkies and shih tzus are both smaller breeds. So, my hope is that both Julie I will be welcome and that I can learn tips for taking care of my precious shih tzu, Julie.
