Hmm yes it would be nice to know the age.. We can have a better judgment on what it “could” be. I agree it could very well be “hypoglycemia”. I would tell your friend to take her puppy to the Vet to get checked out.. If this is something that happens all the time, that would worry me. Peanut never had the shakes when he was a puppy. He does shake now, when he is scared.. Other than that he never shakes..
