It's been my experience that most of mine go into heat at 9 1/2 months, so I doubt she's pregnant. I knew she looked young, she's just starting to blue.
I would spay soon, but wait until you see if she needs any retained baby teeth that need to be removed too. Usually around 6 months old. That way she only needs to have anesthesia once.
One other thing, did you return to where she was found to see if there were flyers up? I would think that was her neighborhood. A Yorkie that young was probably not dumped, but escaped.
