Hello everyone!!

I've noticed my friends puppy shakes most of the time.
I'm not too sure what it means? Is she cold? Scared? Sick?
It's just so sad to see her like that all the time, and I'm not sure why she's doing it! I mean, if I'm considering buying a Yorkie, I don't want my poor thing shacking like that most the time ):

Would like to know your opinion!!
