I have a couple of leads on getting a Yorkie, but not until I visit the breeders... I have been reading everything I could find for a couple of months now...so have been poking around these posts... I have to say that it is a shame that there are so many things to watch out for. Our current mutt came from an animal shelter and it was a fantastic experience. He is a dream pooch...Chinese pug mix. I do have young children, and am not in a rush to find the perfect dog... I have also been "training" my children to get them ready for such a small dog.
I'm very pleased and impressed with the mix of yorkie lovers and breeders here. I will say that if there is a question I have not gotten answered, it is if anyone has any experience with breeders in my area....Oklahoma
