Chat is typically quiet during the week but on the weekends we tend to get more people. We would like to have more people more regularly, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday (typically in the evenings) seem to be the most active. What is the time difference in Spain? It may be your early or mid morning the next day when we are on chatting in the evening/night.
