We have 2 indoor cats and that's the only reason I asked about the size. But they are so laid back that they only wake up to eat and use their litter pan. We have a laser mouse that Sammi uses just to make them get some exercise. Otherwise they would lay around all the time. I don't know if the fact that they are 6 years old has anything to do with it or not. They have been around dogs before and could care less. I think the puppy will be a wonderful therapy pet for my granddaughter,Sammi. She has Asperger's Syndrome and is very gentle with all animals. She can't wait to get her new friend.
