Yes I have done the sweet potatoes. You have to peel them and cut to your desired size and then blanch them for a few minutes in the microwave first the dehydrate them. I can't remember how long they took maybe 8 hours that's just me guessing. Guess I will have to make notes next time. I even enjoyed eating those.
