I think growth charts can be helpful to a breeder that is very familiar with the lines they are breeding and have a good history of what the dogs have produced in the past. When you have a pup that has multiple lines behind it with a big gene pool then a chart is not a whole lot of help in trying to determine the eventual size at maturity. Some pups grow slowly yet they will not come to full growth until a few months after the first birthday while others may grow fast at first and seem to peak at about 10 month. Those are just a few of the possibilities.

Maybe put off any major purchases that may be effected by the mature size of your pup until she is at least a year old. Truly I have lost count of the number of people on YT that were promised a dog that would not get larger than 4 1/2 lbs but ended up with much larger babies. I hope you are an exception but either way they are great pets.

Thanks for the advice. That's exactly what I was doing, trying to determine what her adult size would be before puchasing a few items!
