If I knew how to help you, I would! We have the same problem here in our house... I can bathe/brush her easily enough, but when it comes to eyes/teeth/nails, hubby usually has to help. (It's amazing how these little dogs can get the best of you when you're trying to do things like that!!)
I haven't tried to cut Pixie's hair yet, but I did do a little sanitary trim.... She just LOVES her Nutrical, so I held the tube with one hand and while she was busy licking it, I trimmed her with the other hand. It worked out pretty well. I haven't tried cutting anything else though, so I have no idea how I'm going to handle that....
