Hi all, could you give me some advice? I'm living in Asia at the moment and there is such a high demand for dog groomers here that I'm thinking of taking a class and maybe opening up shop here? The classes are long and expensive but I already have 3 Yorkies and spend a fortune on grooming them every month anyway. I was wondering if any of you out there who knows if I need a certificate or diploma to open up shop in Canada or the US? and is it worth it taking the classes? There are 4 levels and it takes about 1.5 years. The cost is about $8,000-9,000 USD. Any advice would be appreciated.
