That is just ridiculous! I suppose I am not suprised though with all the nonsense going on in the world. There are ways to report that you know. I am not aware of the full details, but I believe there are ways to track where emails originated from. I think they may also be able to determine the actual ip address for the computer that sent it out and then locate the computer through it's connection. That is how they find a lot of these losers involved in child pornography and all that garbage. You might concider talking to the police about it. Especially if you have the original emails where they are admitting to having stolen credit cards!!
It's really sad, first you have to worry and research to make sure you aren't buying a puppy from a mill... then you have to worry about if there ever even was a puppy for sale to begin with and if they are trying to rob you or not!
