My teeth are very sensitive and my enamel is pretty thin. I think I read you can't rebuild enamel, once it's gone, it's gone. So I'm wondering if yall know of any vitamins, foods, etc I can use to strengthen what I have left and decrease tooth sensitivity. I brush my teeth 3 times a day, floss every day, use mouth wash...so I just want to do whatever I can to keep my teeth healthy
