To micro- chip or not. This is a hot topic like others that have an emotional component. It will take several generations to get used to the idea of chipping people, then it will become acceptable to the majority of people. ( I am thinking when people stop following God's rules and make their own rules things quickly change.) In two generations divorce was not only ok, but is now the norm. Having a child without marriage is now as common, as married people having a child. In two generations abortion was accepted, in two generations being gay was ok, in now it is ok in the military, and people are moving toward gay marriage. It all started with 'do your own thing' I am not judging here. Just giving very old arguments that what the majority thinks is morally ok, society pays for. (Added expense of welfare, wick, medicare and so on)
I just read about a group of people who want child molesters and people convicted of a serious crime to to be gps chipped. Many of us are nodding, um... that may be a good idea. Good ideas can grow up to be monsters if we aren't careful. Here comes Big Government I hear the foot steps crushing freedom. Yes, I want all my Yorkies micro chipped. People ? No chip for me.
