Give your Yorkie time. Talk to her while you are going about your daily routine, and taking care of your baby. You can also use treats to encourage your pup to come closer, reward her. Try to keep your dog's routine as normal as possible so that she doesn't resent the arrival of your baby.
Of course, always supervise closely your baby and pup together.
