Its still good to get papers so the owners know the background.
Biewers are like mine (see profile pic), whereas AKC are the standard (black/tan blue/gold)
Has your friend thought about adopting from a shelter? If they arent breeding that presents a great opportunity since shelter pets have to be sterile before going out.
What about a yorkie rescue in your area?
