Congrats on the new pup! When do you go back to work? Yorkies are notoriously difficult to potty train and 11 weeks is YOUNG. Crate training may feel "mean" but right now it is the best thing for her. It helps teach her to hold her bladder for longer- which in turn helps with faster potty training. Also, she is SAFE in her crate. When she gets a little older mayber put her in an exercise pen while you are at work. There are a lot of set up suggestions here on YT. But an ex-pen that can hold her crate, food, water, potty pad, and some toys seems to be the way to go- depending, of course, on how long she'll be alone.
