I have no idea. I don't have anymore information. I saw it on facebook and thought since it was a yorkie, maybe some members here in the area could keep their eyes and ears open. I live in Charlottesville, but that phone number area code is not ours, it is just west and south of us, so they may live somewhere in the Shenandoah Valley and have been traveling between us and NC. Our SPCA is the original poster, so the owner must have contacted them.
