It's like bringing a new baby into your home. We have just the opposite happening here. Our Princess Sophie wants desperately to play with Hansel (our 9 y.o. mini Schnauzer) and for the most part, he doesn't want anything to do with her so she spends way too much time chasing him. Now that she's tethered, she doesn't do this and Hansel is much happier, for the time being anyway.
Give your new baby some time and she will grow accustomed to the older kids. She may have had a scary thing happen before she came to you involving an older kid and so it may take more time than you think but just be patient and she'll come around and the new baby will fit right in. Don't try to force a get together, she will come around in time.
