[Doodlebug]

I live in the St. Louis area too. One of mine will wear a raincoat and the other won't. I have found that the best kind is a thin, waterproof one that is lightweight. Mine don't like to wear them if they are stiff and heavy and if they make crinkly noises when they move. They don't like hoods either because they fall over their faces and they can't see.

Usually I will walk outside with them and hold an umbrella over their heads if they don't have time to get raincoats on. My husband does it too. My neighbors probably think we are nuts but, oh well.
