ANYTIME you stumble on your baby, looking like a drunken sailor, first thing you do is give him NutriStat immediately...you should have a tube of that on hand if you own a Yorkie....if you do not have NurtiStat (NutriCal same thing), put Karo syrup on his tongue,,,if you have a syringe, you need to give him about 2cc....then head to the vet. If it is hypoglycemia (lo blood sugar) the Karo or NutriStat will correct it quickly enough to keep him from deteriorating into seizures and unconsciousness, coma and death. If is isnt his blood sugar, it isnt going to hurt him....and you will be on your way immediately to a vet...DONT CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!....THIS IS EMERGENT! Did they check his glucose with the blood work they drew? I would be VERY concerned they sent me home with a very lethargic puppy and no diagnosis....
#2.....Contact your breeder immediately...she should at least be concerned about this.....
