I give him 1/2 regular strength antiacid once a day and this helps alot.
My Roxie has been having regurgitation problems too. I took her to the vet who ruled out mega esophagus too. She would regurgitate 1-2 times a week. The vet put her on Pepcid. It didn't help. So now she is on Prilosec daily, a steroid for 3 weeks to help with any inflammation and metronidazole. She has regurgitated a tiny bit a couple of times but not a lot like she was. If this doesn't work I will get more testing done. I will let you know what happens.
