Not necessarily. Are her ears tipped/shaved? If not, the weight of the hair could be holding them down. Trimming them sometimes makes their ears pop right up in a couple of days.
I think floppy ears are adorable though
Just have to be extra careful keeping the insides dry so they don't get infections.
