You are not going to be there for very much longer...like you said, if you call Animal Control, you are going to xause a neighborhood war...possibly make it tough on the family members you are staying with....I would let it go....tolerate the bad behavior from the dogs in the neighbors yard, and then you will be gone and the neighborhood will continue on like it has for years before you came! Keep your babies safe, in the little secured area you have fixed up for them.....it is not a permanent thing for you, so let it go. NOW, if one of the vicious dogs gets into the back yard where your dogs are, THEN you can justifiably start trouble.....what those barking, loud, irritating dogs do in their own yard, I dont think you have any control over...I know they have laws about chained dogs in some States, but you dont want to start any trouble now......you may get little "meat balls with poison" rolled up inside, tossed over your fence as a "Thanks for starting trouble" or like I had, fish hooks tossed into the yard for your babies to get hooked in....let it go....they can make YOU alot more miserable than you can make them, and you are not there for much longer.

O I know that's the scary part about it all to me!The way the two of them acted and screaming and what not so yeah I haven't even talked to them again and I'm just keeping to my self. I've herd and read horror stories of neighbors poisoning peoples dogs and harming them!It is so scary to believe people could be that evil!My mom had a neighbor who bread s**t-sues whose, neighbors hated them and threw HUGE LIVE crabs over their 6 foot privacy fence.I don't know if the crabs where poisoned or not but what creeps to do something like that to some ones animals and children!The crabs died the ones they couldn't catch and smelt so bad and where dangerous to their children and pets!I know when we move that is the first thing I'm putting up is some really nice security cameras and dvr system something!
