I'm so sorry about this. Kaji had a similar thing and the groomer gave me a refund. It wasn't as bad as a piece of ear missing. From then on, I only use a mobile groomer. She charges a bit more, but really, I don't care. She has one on one time with each pup and she takes as long as needed, especially with fearful ones like my Kaji. I'm sure there are other skillful groomers out there. It just takes time (and a lot of review reading) to find them.
